Extra virgin olive oil, selection of the best oil obtained in extraction in cold of the limited production of our property of Mont-roig del Camp, from the party called “Mas Tarrés”.
The harvesting is early, at the end of October, with the purpose of obtaining a greater aroma and a fruitier taste.
