Extra virgin olive oil, selection of the best oil obtained from the familiar mill “Pasquini”, one of the most well-known producers of oil of the Toscana. This oil is obtained from the olives of the variety “the Frantoio”, the most representative ones of the Toscana.
The harvesting takes places at the beginning of November, in order to reach the optimal moment of maturation of the olive.
