Extra virgin olive oil, selection of the best oil obtained from the familiar mill “Pasquini”, one of the most well-known producers of oil of the Toscana. This oil is obtained from the olives of the variety “the Frantoio”, the most representative ones of the Toscana.

The harvesting takes places at the beginning of November, in order to reach the optimal moment of maturation of the olive.

Italian characteristic oil, with light touch of sharp and an end of bitter. In nose, average fruity aroma, where are emphasized green apple tones and a shade of just cut grass, leaf of fig tree, green melon and rind of nut. In mouth it has a peculiar profile, since it has a pleasant hot taste and some average bitter notes.
It is a fresh oil and has a delicate and elegant texture in palate.

 
 
This Italian oil, coming from the most representative zone of oils, the Toscana, remembers us the variety of flavors that this gorgeous region has. It is suitable to take in crude for all type of salads, meats and fish, transmitting an Italian touch to all these Mediterranean plates.
