Extra virgin olive oil, selection of the best oil obtained from one of the best mills of the region of Kalamata, Greece, mill of “Messinia”. This oil is obtained from the olives of the variety “Koroneiki”, characterized by being a really tiny olive.

The harvesting takes places at the beginning of November, in order to transmit all the aromas of the fresh olive just collected from the tree.

Greek olive oil, characteristic by its dense structure and its intense green color, with a slightly sharp touch and a very balanced end. Fruity of green olive, clearly identifiable in nose and mouth. In nose, it transmits the aromas of the olive just gathered from the tree, leaving us a pleasant aroma that remembers us to the just cut grass and a touch of apple. In mouth it has a peculiar profile, since it has a very pleasant texture due to its density, leaving us a sweet fresh taste of fruits with sharp notes, ending with a note of bitter.
It is a fresh oil and it has a dense and peculiar texture in palate.

 
 
This Greek oil, coming from the most representative zone of Greek oils, Kalamata, transmits us the freshness of this historical region of the Mediterranean sea basin.
It is suitable to take in crude for all type of salads, meats and fish, transmitting a Greek touch to all these Mediterranean plates.
