Nocellara extra virgin Olive oil, selection of the best oil obtained in extraction in cold of the production of the olives of “Biologic Oil Diliberto”, one of the best familiar mills of Sicily, county of “Caltanisseta”.
This olive oil is obtained of the olives of the variety “Nocellara de Benicce”, which is mainly used as a table olive.
The harvesting takes places in the middle of October, being a very early harvesting, thus transmitting all the smells and aromas of this exceptional olive.

This Sicilian oil remembers us to the oils that were elaborated formerly. It is an oil with an intense fruity taste and a denser sensation in mouth than usual, which makes it ideal for pasta and fish plates. |
