The birth of Ester Solé was a milestone in our history. At the beginning of the 80’s, Anselmo Solé, the granddad of the family, named after his daughter Ester Solé, the “Ester Solé”, the first bottled olive oil in the family.
It was a tribute to the familie’s surname and a way to share our olive oil with all our neighbours from Mont-roig del Camp.
We still keep the memory of our granddad feeling up the bottles patiently devoted with his own hands.
Medium-fruity, with scent of tomato plant and artichoke, with notes of apple, banana, ripe tomato and freshly cut grass.
Well-balanced and sweet, with an almondy taste and a bitter-pungent final touch.

Salads and vegetables, and to cook Mediterranean dishes such as “paella” and grilled meat or fish. Ideal to cook endless purées, soups and sauces, such as tomato cold soup (gazpacho), mayonnaise or garlic and olive oil sauce (alioli).
Spread on bread, it is a delicious snack for children.
