The “Solé Olive oil Museum” and Shop is placed in the square of the picturesque
the village of Mont-roig del Camp, in the old cellar of the original Solé house, dating from 1801.

Solé Museum

Along the visit we can enjoy the world of the olive oil. Passing by an ancient press from 1906, and by the old subterranean deposits where the great-grand-father Solé preserved the family oil and wine. You will also enjoy pictures and illustrations from different times, and tools as well as items used by our ancestors.

Rambling around this olive oil museum means enjoying memories of the past and learning about the customs and traditions of the ancient world of oil, so characteristic of the Mediterranean.

By leaving the Solé Museum you will find in the Shop our extra virgin olive oil PDO Siurana from Mont-roig, as well as other local gourmet products.

Mandatory stop

Complement it with an emblematic getaway to the ermita de la Mare de Déu de la Roca, a route through the “Dry Stone Huts” and finish with a very interesting visit to the Masia Miró . Its privileged sea and mountain location offers multiple tourist offers.
